A crew member said that the vessel was bringing in her “outside” lobster traps to store for the winter, but that she’ll still fish “inside” awhile. That is, she’ll stop fishing the (outside) federal waters that are from three to 200 miles from shore, but continue to fish the (inside) Maine waters that extend to three miles offshore of the State.
